The MAHS girls soccer team was recently recognized by the Pennsylvania House and Senate on for capturing their 3rd straight PIAA Girls Soccer State Championship!
Coach Bill Pfeiffer was also recognized for earning his 500th victory as a high school girls soccer coach.

Allard Elementary School would like to thank Moe's Southwest Grill for donating this year's Battle of the Books books to our library.
Congratulations to all who competed last week, and a special congratulations to The Reader Leaders for a third-place finish in the third-grade competition.
The books will now remain in the Allard library for all to enjoy for years to come!
Moon Area High School's College in High School Accounting and Information Technology students recently participated in the Robert Morris University Academic Immersive Experience on April 16th at RMU.
The event offered MAHS students the chance to engage with RMU students and professors, choose career-specific breakout sessions, and explore career interests.
Moon Area High School hosted an Army Career Expo on Friday, April 12.
The Career Expo included an Apache helicopter display and the Army Rock Band. In addition, students had the opportunity to talk to specialists in multiple STEM fields and discuss opportunities for post high school and college.
Moon Area Middle School students earned top recognition in the "What's So Cool About Manufacturing" contest.
The video team placed first in the Exceptional Use of Technology category and second in the Outstanding Creativity category. View the video.
Moon Area School District has been honored with the Best Communities for Music Education designation from The NAMM Foundation for its outstanding commitment to music education.
Now in its 25th year, the Best Communities for Music Education designation is awarded to districts that demonstrate outstanding achievement for providing music access and education to all students.
